The public's safety is our top priority. To ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff, we will be adhering to strict guidelines from the state regarding face-to-face visits. To maintain safe office visits, masks will be provided and required. We are also encouraging safety with self-distancing and hand hygiene stations, from registration to checkout. Thank you for doing your part to keep our community healthy.
1) What types of COVID tests do you offer?
We offer two types of COVID tests, both are nasal swabs. The rapid antigen test takes 15 minutes to result. The PCR test is sent to the lab and the result will be available after 72 hours. Certain procedures, travel protocols, or venues have a specific covid test requirement and it is the patient's responsibility to know which test they require at their visit.
2) Do I need to make an appointment?
YES. Due to high demand, we now take appointments for covid test visits. For covid testing or if you have symptoms of covid, regardless of vaccination status, we would like you to stay in your car upon arrival and call (315) 791-0050. We will come out to your care to start the process.
Appointments are in high demand and we make every effort to be available to the community. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If you do not show up for your appointment and did not notify us, you will be billed a $50 no-show fee.
3) How much does a COVID test cost?
The cost of a covid test visit depends on your insurance and other factors. Each case is different, and we can determine the amount at the time of visit.
4) What if my COVID test is positive?
